| Description | Human Hepatic Fibroblasts (HHF) are one of the important cell types in the liver. HHF from CD BioSciences provide an excellent model system that can study many aspects of human liver function, metabolism and pathophysiology. Human liver fibroblasts are primary cells derived from human liver and cultured in an optimized growth medium for liver fibroblasts. When cultured under recommended conditions, HHF can spread to a 10-fold increase in population. Human liver fibroblasts are suitable for many cell-based assays, including toxicity, drug screening and metabolism, to study liver function, physiology and related tactile diseases. |
