Description |
Rat Cortical Neurons (RCoN) are derived from the cerebral cortex of the embryonic Sprague Dawley rat brain on day 18. When cultured under the recommended conditions, RCoN will categorize and form a complex neurite network within a week. RCoN stains are positive for βIII-tubulin. |
