Description Rat Spinal Cord Neurons (RSpN) are derived from the spinal cord of normal embryonic rats (the 15th day of pregnancy) through standardized methods. When cultured under the recommended conditions, RSpN will form a tree and form a complex neurite network within a week. RSpNβIII-tubulin staining was positive.
