Description |
Rat Striatal Neurons (RStN) were obtained from the striatum of normal embryonic rats (the 18th day of pregnancy) by a standardized method. When cultured under the recommended conditions, RStN will be categorized within a week and form a complex neurite network. RStNβIII-tubulin staining was positive. |
