How to use Sample preparation
1. Serum: take 2-3ml of blood according to the conventional method and place it in a clean and dry test tube. Let it stand for about 1 hour. After the blood is coagulated, centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 10 minutes. , Isolate the serum. Require serum to be clear, no hemolysis, no pollution.
2. Whole blood samples without anticoagulants should be tested before coagulation; if partial coagulation has occurred, separate the serum for testing. Anticoagulant whole blood samples should be tested within 24 hours, and do not freeze; freeze-thaw will cause red blood cells to rupture and hemolyze, which will seriously affect the detection effect.
Storage Store in a cool and dry place (2-30°C).
