  • Sample testing. Enrollment screening and infectious disease factor testing of donors, including human immunodeficiency virus, hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, human T-halophilic virus, cytomegalovirus, syphilis spirochetes, etc.
  • Stem cell separation. Our manufacturing process includes but is not limited to stem cell enrichment, isolation, purification, amplification and subculture, and freezing and storage. Record files will be formed and archived, including data files, informed consent, personal information from donors, etc.
  • Upon arrival at a banking facility, newly acquired cell lines should be quarantined until shown to be clear of contamination, and then clean cells can be used to create the master cell banks (MCB). All processes are done in a cGMP environment.
  • Cell banking for working cell banks (WCB) under cGMP conditions from a single frozen of the MCB. Cells are grown for several passages, allowing for minimal necessary characterization and scale-up prior to aliquoting into vials and freezing.
  • Complete validation and release of MCB and WCB in compliance with national regulatory requirements, which include the World Health Organization (WHO), European Medicines Agency (EMA), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • Long-term storage of cell banks under cGMP management with a reasonable amount of inventory and freezing stability guarantee.
